Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of our business (custom manufacturing and bulk supply), the following policies apply:

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled only before production begins
• Once production has started, cancellation may not be possible

Refund Policy

• Refunds are not applicable for custom-manufactured or private label products
• In case of verified quality issues, corrective actions or replacements will be provided

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive damaged or incorrect products:

• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide supporting evidence (photos/videos)
• Our team will review and take appropriate action

Quality Assurance

All products undergo strict quality checks before dispatch. Each batch is supported by documentation and testing certificates.
